MAZDA CX-30

If you’re looking for a compact SUV, even before starting your search, you probably knew that there would be many to pick. Pretty much every brand makes at least one now, so figuring out which to buy can be tricky. We want to make things a little easier for you by seeing how the Mazda CX-30 and Toyota RAV4 compare in terms of tech and safety:

Tech

One of the reasons why the Mazda CX-30 is so popular is because it comes loaded with state-of-the-art tech features. Every model comes with a very user-friendly infotainment system with an 8.8-inch display controlled by a rotary knob. Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and HD radio are also standard. You will also get an eight-speaker stereo, two USB ports, and a Wi-Fi hot spot. There are numerous components that can be added, including:

  • Proximity keyless entry
  • Satellite radio
  • Navigation
  • Wireless device charging
  • A 12-speaker BOSE® stereo

With the Toyota RAV 4, you will only get one USB port.

Safety

In addition to its many fun features, the Mazda CX-30 is also built to help keep you and your passengers safe. It comes standard with:

  • Lane-departure warning
  • Automatic high-beam headlights
  • Forward-collision warning
  • Lane-keep assist
  • Pedestrian detection
  • Adaptive cruise control
  • Low-speed automatic emergency braking
  • Rain-sensing windshield wipers
  • Driver attention monitoring

Rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitoring, and a surround-view parking camera system are all available as well. The Toyota RAV 4 has some of the same features, but driver attention monitoring and rain-sensing windshield wipers aren’t available.

In these two categories, the Mazda CX-30 is the clear winner. To see how else it excels, visit Baglier Mazda near Pittsburgh to check out all of its features.
