Excellent Power and Towing Ability
The Mazda CX-9 comes with a meaty turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 227 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque. And if you put premium gas into your vehicle, those numbers increase to 250 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission is standard, as is all-wheel drive.
If you’ll be towing a small camper or boat, you will be glad to know that your SUV will be able to tow up to 3,500 pounds when properly equipped.
A Spacious Cabin
You’ll have no problem bringing along a bunch of people on your trip, as the Mazda CX-9 fits up to seven passengers. It’s also extremely comfortable. Standard features include:
